By using Samōsya, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the software or associated services.

2Description of the Service

Samōsya is designed to support AI-assisted work, project coordination, document management, knowledge management, software development, task execution, and integrations with external systems.

Samōsya may provide capabilities including:

  • AI agent orchestration.
  • Project and workspace management.
  • Task planning and execution.
  • Document and file operations.
  • Knowledge management.
  • External service integrations.
  • Automated and semi-automated workflows.
  • Permission management and execution review.

The availability of individual features depends on the installed software version, configuration, and applicable service arrangements.

Features described in product roadmaps or development documentation may not yet be available.

3Software Licensing and Separate Agreements

Use of Samōsya software may be subject to a separate software license, subscription agreement, enterprise agreement, or other contractual terms.

Where such agreements expressly govern a particular matter, they take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

These Terms do not independently grant intellectual property rights beyond those provided by applicable licenses or agreements.

4Self-Hosted Deployments

Samōsya is designed to support deployment on infrastructure selected by users or organizations.

The operator of a self-hosted deployment is responsible for:

  • Infrastructure configuration and maintenance.
  • Access control and account management.
  • Security and backup arrangements.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.
  • Management of connected third-party services.
  • Configuration of AI agents and their permissions.
  • Retention and deletion of information stored within the deployment.

gCapital Sp. z o.o. does not automatically control or administer independently operated installations.

5User Accounts and Authorization

Users must access Samōsya and connected services only through accounts and credentials they are authorized to use.

Users must protect their authentication credentials and must not knowingly disclose credentials to unauthorized parties.

Deployment administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and restricting access to sensitive functionality.

Users must promptly address suspected account compromise or unauthorized access.

6Google Account Integrations

Samōsya may provide optional integrations with Google services, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar.

Google integrations use Google's authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0 where applicable.

Users authenticate directly with Google and authorize specific permissions requested by Samōsya.

Granting access to one Google service does not automatically authorize access to unrelated Google services.

Samōsya may use the granted permissions to perform operations requested or authorized by the user, subject to the capabilities and restrictions of the relevant Google APIs.

Users can revoke Google authorization through their Google Account settings: myaccount.google.com/connections.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Samōsya is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

7AI Agents and Automated Operations

Samōsya enables users to configure and operate AI agents capable of processing information and performing authorized tasks.

AI agents may generate text, analyze documents, interact with connected services, propose changes, and execute operations within configured permissions.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Users and deployment administrators are responsible for establishing appropriate authorization boundaries, review processes, and safeguards for consequential actions.

Operations that may materially affect external systems, data, financial interests, or other users should be subject to appropriate controls and oversight.

Users must not grant AI agents access to systems or information they are not authorized to access.

8Third-Party AI Providers

Samōsya may support AI models supplied by independent providers.

Users or deployment administrators may configure external providers, subject to applicable software functionality and service arrangements.

Use of external AI providers may involve transmitting task-relevant information to those providers.

Such processing is governed by applicable provider agreements, privacy policies, and relevant data protection requirements.

Users and deployment administrators are responsible for reviewing the suitability of external providers for their intended data and workflows.

9User Content and Ownership

Users retain their applicable ownership and intellectual property rights in content they provide to Samōsya.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of user documents, project information, files, or connected-service content to gCapital Sp. z o.o.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to process information through Samōsya.

AI-generated outputs may be subject to applicable law and the terms of relevant model providers.

10Privacy and Data Protection

Processing of personal information associated with official Samōsya services and Google integrations is described in the Samōsya Privacy Policy: https://samosya.com/privacy.

Independently operated deployments may require additional privacy notices, processing agreements, or compliance arrangements.

Deployment operators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their applicable data protection obligations.

11Acceptable Use

Users must not use Samōsya to:

  • Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
  • Circumvent security restrictions.
  • Engage in unlawful surveillance or unauthorized information collection.
  • Distribute malware or conduct malicious cyber activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraud or unlawful deception.
  • Process or disclose personal information unlawfully.
  • Abuse third-party services or violate applicable API terms.

Users must ensure that automated operations remain within their lawful authority.

12Security Responsibilities

Users and deployment administrators must apply reasonable security measures appropriate to their use of Samōsya.

Such measures may include protecting credentials, applying software updates, maintaining backups, limiting permissions, and reviewing potentially consequential automated actions.

The publisher is not responsible for security failures arising solely from infrastructure or configurations outside its control, except where applicable law or a separate agreement provides otherwise.

13External Services and Availability

Samōsya may depend on external services, APIs, AI providers, or infrastructure selected by users.

These services may change their functionality, pricing, availability, access requirements, or terms independently.

gCapital Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of independently operated third-party services.

14Fees and Commercial Arrangements

Where Samōsya software or associated services are offered under a paid plan, applicable fees, billing conditions, and payment obligations will be established in the relevant offer or separate agreement.

These Terms do not independently establish a subscription fee or payment obligation.

Third-party providers may charge separately for their services.

15Changes to the Software

Samōsya may evolve through updates, improvements, changes to supported integrations, and modifications to available functionality.

Updates may affect compatibility with external services or deployment configurations.

Where applicable, changes will be communicated in accordance with relevant agreements and legal requirements.

16Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Samōsya is provided subject to the warranties, limitations, and service commitments contained in its applicable software license or separate agreement.

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every intended use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17Limitation of Liability

The liability of gCapital Sp. z o.o. is governed by applicable law and any relevant software license or separate agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for losses arising solely from unauthorized user actions, independently managed infrastructure, or third-party services outside its control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

18Suspension and Termination

Users may discontinue use of Samōsya and disconnect third-party integrations.

Where gCapital Sp. z o.o. directly operates a service, access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with applicable agreements and law, including where necessary to address serious security risks or unlawful use.

Termination does not automatically remove information retained under applicable legal obligations or independent deployment arrangements.

19Intellectual Property

Samōsya's name, branding, documentation, and software components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rights to use, copy, modify, or distribute software components depend on their respective licenses.

Third-party products and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

20Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the software, services, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published at https://samosya.com/terms.

Where required by applicable law or agreement, material changes will be communicated to affected users.

21Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, subject to applicable mandatory rules of European Union law and other mandatory protections.

Disputes will be resolved by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
